Based in Boston and San Diego, I am a curious soul who's looking for & sharing insights to living a more meaningful life through a better understanding of emotional and intellectual knowledge.
EQ & IQ
I’ve found simplicity to be the most challenging aspect of life. However, it is the zen of simplicity which brings a sense of calm to the mind. Unfortunately, there is no clear goal that helps us to identify when we've reached "simplicity." It's rather a feeling that we get. It's only when we're in the absence of certain experiences when we know it. Then, once that sensation is attained, the stress, anxiety, and neurosis appear to subside. This feeling then becomes a goal which is difficult to ignore.
It's the feeling you get after you've organized your desk.
It's the feeling you get when you leave a noisy room.
It's the feeling you get when you realize you only have to do ONE task.
My goal is to create a calmer life by having a more clearer vision of life and to identify those inherent goals which give us a satisfying meaning to our own lives.
My life and the goal of this blog is to share some of those insights and to challenge myself to create a platform which facilitates that mental and emotional flow-state.
I challenge you to find ways of optimizing your life toward simplicity.
Don't defy. Simplify.
““Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.””
